[As soon as Archie realizes that this port is nothing like the last one he decides to spend as much time in the relatively normal fresh air as he can.

And that he's going to drag Dean along with him.

After he gathers some supplies he heads straight to Dean's cabin and knocks on the door. It is a very restrained, calm, and polite knock but if one listens very closely one might notice distinct undertones of "Dean. Dean. Dean. Hey Dean. Dean. Come on, Dean. Dean. Hey. Dean. Let's go outside. Dean!!!"

That is, if knocks can convey such messages. (They definitely can.)]

Good day, Mr. Winchester. I am Lieutenant Archie Kennedy. It would appear that I am your new warden, at least for now. Should you require anything at all please do not hesitate to contact me.

I find myself in a bit of a quandary. I have been assigned a temporary inmate -- my first, you see -- and I don't think I have fully considered the consequence with which we, as wardens, are burdened. How does one man take responsibility for another's redemption? Does the Admiral truly have the authority or even the sound mind to decide who is capable and who isn't?

I suppose I am asking for advice, any at all.
